Community Involvement

Although the NAACP has helped to improve the lives of minorities for over 100 years--the struggle continues. We continue to strive for equality in our schools, in our communities, and in our workplace. The strength of our community is reflected through sharing resources and building alliances. Our branch continues to serve the community by holding public educational events on African-American history, health care, and partnering with local organizations and businesses on community-wide events, such as the Trail to Freedom and National Night Out.  The Stafford NAACP Branch understands that we can achieve more collectively than we can as individuals. Our Community Resource page includes Job Announcements and links to other community organizations also committed to making a difference through empowering our communities.
